Hi...

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC...

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

The mentioned symptoms in your query relates with menopause, as anxiety is one of the common symptom experienced by women going through this phase. It’s possible for anxiety and stress to cause physical symptoms, like heart palpitations, problem sleeping, cold or sweaty hands and/or feet, feelings of panic, fear, and uneasiness, numbness or tingling in the hands or feet and depression.

I will advise you to make necessary changes in your life style like:-

Start Exercising-Exercise releases endorphins and tires muscles, both of which drastically reduce your anxiety experience. Exercising, especially jogging is extremely important for managing anxiety.

Avoid Stress-Avoiding stress is often easy to say and difficult to do. You can go for Common stress-management therapies like yoga, tai chi, biofeedback, guided imagery, and aromatherapy.

Hope this information helps...

Thanks & Regards,
Dr.Shiwani
