Suggest Remedy For Heart Ailment

How serious is Mitral value Repair operation?Is it mandatory to perform on a 25yrs old girl, Who has MVR?MVR is categorised as severe by few doctors and moderate by few more. EF is in range of 56-65%< Again Mitral valve repair is suggested by few doctors and few tell its not needed now... Please suggest how to finalize is a surgery is needed or not?.

if it's mod MR then surgery is definitely not needed and even if it's severe and she is having symptoms then surgery should be done.
if surgery is deferred then 6 monthly echo should be done to monitor EF and it's falling then clearly surgery is indicated.
so if she is having even severe MR and she is not having much symptoms then can be monitored with regular echo.
