Suggest Remedy For Headache
HiI started getting a headache at 10 pm last night and it has persisted and worsened as the day has gone on. O bumped my head on my bike handle bar last night before the pain started. I have taken ibuprofen 2 tablets every four hours since 10 am they don't seem to do anything. Thoughts please as I am over it. Thanks

Sometimes local injury can produce inflamatory changes which produce headche
Take diclofenac and paracetamol combination which will help
If they dont than
Do you have blurring vision or giddiness ??
Than consult neurologist to rule out any head injury related issues
Fundus examination is useful to rule oit any pressure changes in brain
So if it persist than only consult
If u dont have any complain except headache than no need to worry
Get well soon
