Hi, Vomiting causes loss of fluid n electrolyte and later causes weakness . As you are not having any vomiting episode so just take plenty of fluid with ORS ( 1 packet mixed in 1 liter of water ) , eat hygienic and balanced diet as during pregnancy . Regarding your headace avoid stressful condition , have fruits n vegetables , take 8-10 hours of rest, maintain hydration .... . Even then if you have headaches then you can take paracetamol tablet 500mg as and when required not more than thrice a day( other analgesic avoided & minimal drug should be taken under prescription during pregnancy ).
Hope this ll help
