Suggest Remedy For Headache Caused Due To Inhalation Of Bleach Fumes
How do I get rid of a bleach headache? I used about 1 cup pure bleach on black mold in the basement yesterday. I opened all windows upstairs to eliminate fumes. However ,although most bleach fumes have been reduced, the headaches and stomach problems still exist.

You need to get some real fresh air and that will do the trick. Take two tablets for paracetamol 500 mg with 1 tablet of metochlopromide 10 mg. It will help for sure. And next time, wear a mask.
