Suggest Remedy For Headache And Nausea During Pregnancy
I am in my early pregnancy stage. I have lot of headache and nausea in the morning as well as throughout the day...I feel uneasy. I have been adviced to keep munching every 1.5hrs. I have to push my self every 1.5 hrs to have sometime. I get strong smell of whatever is cooked around. Even when i eat food i can notice every thing that is put and dont feeling eating.. it could be jeera or even tomato seed or onion. When i see them...i just keep them aside. I want to enjoy my pregnancy. Kindly advice. Regards, jyoti
