Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic. From your history and description, it seems to me that you may be having female pattern hair loss, which is a condition where age and family history lead to thinning of hair. You have not mentioned the treatments which you have taken in the past. You will benefit from using 2 % Minoxidil solution. Apply 1 ml on the front, center and sides of the scalp every morning after bath and at bedtime. You could also take oral supplements containing Biotin, cysteine and methionine once a day for 3 months. It is also advisable to get your hemoglobin and thyroid status checked as these could contribute to hair fall. Have a good diet rich in proteins. Try to lead a stress free life by practicing yoga/ meditation. Hope this helps you. Take care.
