Hi,

If you don't have ischemic heart disease there is no need of taking medications. Your symptoms are related with your medications,
In case of normal coronary arteries no medical treatment is needed in your age unless there is very high risk.
The main advise in young patients with normal coronary arteries is lifestyle changes.

Wishing you good health
