Taking small snacks and taking meals at correct times makes sure that the headache is avoided. Alternatively, taking proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole may help you in staying symptom free. As for the skin condition, I am not sure from the query, but the habit of patients who have headache is to take general pain killers. This may in fact increase your gastritis. Pain killers should actually be taken with the antacids. These painkillers are known to cause lots of symptoms, including skin symptoms amongst those who are symptomatic for it.
