Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are many reasons behind gas problem like some food intolerance or more fatty food consumption or irritable bowel problem or intestinal infection or other reasons.

Clinical examination and history give exact idea about problems. Do a stool examination test for diagnosis. Abdominal ultrasonography is helpful for further diagnosis. Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. Simethicone drug can use for gas relief. Start a treatment as per the reason behind it. Avoid gaseous food like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli or turnips. Take a Less fatty food and drink more water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
