Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thanks for posting your question at this form.
I am Dr Alok Sinha, MD (Psychiatry) from India.
I will try to help you.

Firstly, if you have many such itching pimples, the so called "Funsi" and the itching is more at night to disturb sleep, then you are apparently suffering from an infestation called 'Scabies'.
Scabies is a disease caused by an itch mite, invisible to naked eyes. These mites burrow in skin, mainly at the web space of fingers, at genitalia and groin. These mites produce papulo-nodular eruptions and linear streaks. It itches whenever these mite reproduce. Itching can be so severe to disrupt sleep. Due to scratching there may be abrasion and secondary infection by bacteria also.

If you have such symptoms then you must consult a dermatologist/physician for confirmation of diagnosis. Your doctor may also prescribe you some topical agents to apply locally after bath like Permethrin cream, Gamma BHC lotion etc for few applications. You may take oral anti-allergic medicine like tab Promethazine for few nights which may relieve itching and its sedating effect may help you getting sound sleep at night.

This disease spread from one person to another due to close contact, by sharing cloth, bed, towel etc with others. many of the members of the same family may be affected at the same time. If it is so, all members of a family should get treatment together to prevent re-infestation from each other. Its spread can be prevented by using warm washed, sun dried and ironed cloths, avoiding close contact and avoiding sharing towel for few days till the time the affected person is cured.

You should not self medicate yourself (as you are doing till now with ointment 'Trioderm') without advice of a doctor as this may harm you instead of curing (as happening in your case).
'Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help". I wish you all the best.
