Suggest Remedy For Fever In Infants

My son just turned 1 and had his first flu shot. He had a high fever the first night that went away, but now he is coughing and his chest is congested so bad. He cries when he coughs because it hurts him. I have been using vicks and humidifier and nothing it helping to ease his cough.
