Suggest Remedy For Fetus Without Cardiac Activity

Hello. I am 40, with regular periods. Last week I had an acute pain in my left side, the doctor tested a urine sample, and told me I was pregnant. Ultra sound scan showed a foetus of 10 weeks - but with no cardiac activity. Am confused what to do now?

hi in case you don't have cardiac activity till 10 weeks then you have what is called missed abortion. I am afraid but you will have to undergo an abortion which can be medical termination or surgical termination of d and c as you decide. all the best take care.
