Suggest Remedy For Fainting Spells

yes my wife has spells where she almost passes out. the drs office told her to move her feet cause she isn t getting enough blood to her brain. according to her dr she has no heart issue as she passed a chemical stress test but during that test she did start to feel the lightheaded ness just before the stress test was completed. what else can she do to prevent these attacks?

If she has no heart issues, this could be due to:
stress,
low blood pressure
Hypoglycemia
Low hemoglobin.

I think all these factors might be contributing for her. Please monitor her blood pressure. hypotension can cause fainting and dizziness. this can be due to poor nutrition.
Take care that she take atleast 8-10 glasses of water daily. If possible mix glucose powder.
Increased green vegetables and fruits in her diet.
Ask her to practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to keep her mind relaxed.

Also, get her blood sugar and hemoglobin levels tested.
