Suggest Remedy For Eye Swelling While On Chromium Picolinate And Choline & Inositol
Recently when I wake up my eyes are swollen. Like double-triple bags. The top lid especially is bothersome. By the end of the day, they recede. Was wondering if it was a reaction to something I am taking. I am taking chromium picolinate & choline inositol. They are the two newest supplements.

hi, for your eye swelling you can do either cold compression with ice or ice gel packs or try drinking lots of water around 2-3 litres per day. the swelling which recedes by evening is usually due to less water intake. I hope my suggestion helps u. have a good day
