I am an 81 year old male that had cataract surgery a couple of years age. Afterwards, my vision was improved; however, I kept complaining about my new glasses being of poor quality. No one could come up with a solution. I consulted with four highly qualified professionals, and each felt that it was a floater, and it would go away - it did not. I met a surgeon that discussed and preformed a surgery where the gel in my eye was removed and replaced with a saline solution. At first, there appeared to be a remarkable improvement in my vision; however, the dark are that resembled a pac man that was not a complete circle, but had a clear area to the right. Now, that has become a larger dark circle with only a small diameter of clear vision in the middle. Please note: after, I am up and about and have more light, the dark are weakens to a point that it is not noticable; however, I know it is there, because I have reduced vision that appears like a lens with a very fine tint. please discuss. thank you
