Suggest Remedy For Extremely Sore Throat
My husband was laying down and all of a sudden his neck/throat made a cracking or large pop sound twice. He immediately could not swallow and seemed disorientation for a few seconds. He cannot swallow his own saliva. His throat is extremely sore. What do we do?

it is probably due to reflux disease. start him on PPI's with domperidone and plenty of water. don't lay flat after having meals at least for 2 hrs.
