Suggest Remedy For Extreme Mood Swings And Low Self Confidence

My wife is self pity type of person. she always creates problems and attacks me deeply in order for me to say something bad. once I say anything, she hangs on to it for dear life and keeps repeating that I said that. this is happening every month. we fight for 3 weeks then we make up for 1 week. this is causing me loose concentration at work. kids are suffering from constant fighting. my life does not have a second of joy because of this.. what do I do????????

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may want to seek counselling for the two of you.

An outside individual would be able to look at any problems that you are both having and may be able to provide a way to improve your relationship.

This person can be counsellor, a pastor, a psychologist, psychiatrist or a family friend that you think may be objective.

I hope this helps
