Suggest Remedy For Erectile Dysfunction
Hi Dr, I got married last year and was a virgin before marriage. When having sex I realized that my forskin goes about 70% up on the glans but doesn't expose the glans 100%. As a result sex is painful/ irritating due to which I loose my erection. Hence I starting taking viagra and other Sildenafils which workd however I feel that I'm missing actual pleasure. I feel that if my foreskin was a bit loose I can enjoy sex more. For foreskin to move maximum, I can have very slow movements while having sex and cannot increase the
tempo 'cos increasing the speed consequently increases the pain and irriation of the glans due to the friction of the forskin band on the glans. Also if I use my hand to expose the glans 100% by pulling the foreskin up, my glans slighly bend backward from the tip as if the frenulum was lacking length and pulling my fully erect penis backward.
When my penis is flaccid, there is no issue and I can easily retract my forskin 100% for washing and all hygene purposes. Hence I can masturbate best when my penis is semi errect by rubbing it against a pillow. I'm against circumscision. Please advise on alternative remedy.
