Suggest Remedy For Erectile Dysfunction

IM 53 with ED prob. from the very beginnig, tho' it was partial initially. i have 2 issues. i cud never satisfy my Yf. vry lean&thin organ with lenth 4 " on erection and girth hardly 1.5". Loosely erect but discharges immediatly after or during penetrn. Took several medicins but no use except sligh improvmnt in erectn. only few drops semen coms out. nowadays no erec. i feel it is all due to physical deformity. Can it be treated? is transplant possible? Rajan S.

Thanks for query .

You are facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation since many years and have tried many drugs hopefully (Viagra or Cialis ) but failed to get satisfactory response.

Looking at your age and long standing problem of ED I would suggest you to consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get basic blood test to rule out any organic cause for your ED .
1) Haemogram
2) Serum Testosterone levels
3) Thyroid hormone assessment
4) Blood sugar levels
5) Color Doppler scan of penis to rule out any arterial insufficiency or venous leak as a cause of ED.

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis .

You may need a surgery to put penile implant so that you can have enjoyable sex and satisfy your partner .
