Suggest Remedy For Erectile Dysfunction

i am taking Nervin (alprazolam .5mg twice in a day and night for the last 1 year for tention relief,but at present i cannot sex with my wife as tried but cannot expire during intercourse time, so please guide me in the matter please.I am 42 having 4 daughters.

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the erectile dysfunction.

Since you have been taking Alprazolam twice daily for the last one yr or so, this could be the main reason behind your erectile dysfunction. As a matter of fact the chronic use of Alprazolam reduces the performance.

So, try to reduce its dosage like take 0.5 mg only at bed time.
If it does not work, then you may have to think of Sildenafil citrate which is to be taken one hr before the intended sexual act.
