General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
This is Dr. Klarida Papaqako answering your question.

Its good that a doctor have examined your ears and have ruled out external ear blockage (wax or foreign body), or middle ear problems (an infection of fluid in the middle ear room).

Beeing a tumor, in both ears at the same time, is very very rare.
Doing other recommended labs (MRI in your case) would find out the cause, and give treatment in the earliest time possible.
Postponing the exam does not resolve the problem, and the discomfort that it gives to you would be better if the cause is curable.
I would recommend to follow it up and not neglect it.

Hope this helps,
Regards.
