Suggest Remedy For Ear Infection

I have got an ear infection the pains really hurt sometimes my ear has leaked, I have had sleep disturbances at night fever I am hot then I go really cold ,pulling of the ear it hurts when just touching my ear ,headache, toothache . Irritability, and also excessive crying, and pins And needles in my ear.

This could be due to ear infection.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics.
2) Analgesic like tablet paracetamol for pain relief.
3) Oral decongestant like tablet levocetrizine with phenylephrine.
You will be fine. Nothing to worry.
