Suggest Remedy For Duodenitis

I have been sore around the clavicle from my back around the side and below my breast for about a year. My dr. said it was duodenitis and prescribed nexium. It does no good and i have trouble twisting, lifting, and moving. I am also stage three kidney failure and have sleep apnea. Can you tell me what to do about the pain other than ignore it.
