Suggest Remedy For Dryness Of Tongue

I feel my toungue becoming dry in the night in sleep. Is it due to the fact i snore and tend to respirate opening the mouth. Also small tiny particle of food i eat remains in the mouth and irritate my tongue a lot. What may be the reason. One docter said lack of vitamins. Is it true?if so what is the remedy?

Read your query as you have dryness of tongue this can be due to lack of saliva due to decreased saliva secretion from sapivary gland or fungal iinfection that is oral thrush or due to vitamin deficiency .

For this I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon for oral examination and get proper diagnosis . Inmeantime do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day and you can chew sugar free chewing gums .
