Suggest Remedy For Dry Penis Foreskin

Sir,
From last ten years I am using eclospan tube to prevent dryness of my penis skin inside foreskin.as soon as I don’t use then start red spot along with lot of white material deposit around the inside penis and then I have unable to open my foreskin it is very pain full. please let me know what should I do to remove this problems.

I really appreciate your concern, if the condition is chronic one then it might have gone into the state of phimosis (This surgical condition in which foreskin become too hard that can not be taken back or pulled back to expose the glans of penis ) and then surgical intervention could be the option for this, better to see the urosurgeon for this, hope this information helps, take care.
