Suggest Remedy For Drowsiness With Low Thyroid Levels

Hello, I am 39 yrs old, married with 3 kids. I am feeling drowsy during day time. I have thyroid problem. The level is too low. I am taking Eltroxin 200 micro gm everyday. Even after sleeping for more than 7 hrs, I feel rest less. I snore a lot. What shall I do to come out of this situation.

hi. in addition to hypothyroidism there's a possibility that you are having OSAHS obstructive sleep apnea hypopnoea syndrome . the people with this problem usually have snoring with disturbed sleep which they won't be able to recognize and excessive sleep during daytime. you need to see a pulmonologist and get sleep studies done to rule out this problem.
