Suggest Remedy For Dizziness With Sensitive Stomach After Vigorous Exercise
Hello! I m 21 years old I was around 166 lbs but changed my diet No sweets No sugars plus herbalife, and a Personal Trainer which I was strictly following until 3 days after I couldn t handle the pain. The day after I stopped I felt weak and my stomach very sensitive and started getting very strong chills and very high fevers nonstop 3 days after I went to the doctor and his diagnostic was Sinusitis, but I didn t really had any congestion or runny nose. He prescribed Amoxicilin which I am taking right now (and have been taking for 4 days), I now have managed to control the fevers with a wet towel by my side and no heavy covers. I still feel A LOT of dizziness and headaches and my stomach very sensible. What is this really? What type of bacteria could that be?
Vigorous exercise would cause loss of electrolytes along with glucose depletion in blood. It also causes accumulation of lactic acid in blood, altering blood pH. Hence you might have experienced such symptoms. Keep well hydrated and replenish electrolytes. You should get back to normal soon.
