Suggest Remedy For Dizziness While On Atenolol

I started taking atenolol 25 mg this morning and my dr wants me to take lisinopril 20 in the evenings. First day on atenolol I feel dizzy. I went out for my morning run and an hour later when my heart beat should have still been in the 90s, it was 57. BP is certainly lower but I feel pretty sluggish and a bit dizzy. Will this go away? And, is it safe to exercise when my heart rate is so low? Thank you. My email is YYYY@YYYY

You may want to check the blood pressure to see the exact value to make sure that it is not dropping too low.

If it is going too low then the medication may need to be altered.

You may need extra fluids as well.
