Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.

In my opinion her nausea can be due to antibiotics. I will suggest Tab ONDEM MD 20 minutes before every meals, and Cap PAN D SR once before dinner.

I will suggest to have plenty of water, fruits and fruit juices in diet.
As such hot flushes due to surgical menopause usually start after 2 to 3 months after surgery.
Tab Vitamin C, Soy tofu, and Capsules containing Phyto estrogens will be of help.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you good health.
With regards
Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar
