Suggest Remedy For Discolored And Injured Toenails
I have two toenails severely injured from hiking Sunday. They are dis colored (purple) under the entire toe nail. I am soaking them in water/Epsom salt.. Is there any other topical treatment I can do? I have another hike this weekend and a mega hike to summit Mt. St. Helens in 3 weeks.... Should I see my doctor to have then poke a hike in the nail?

It seems that after injury there might be having soft tissue injury and hematoma formation.
Consult your doctor and get dressing properly with removing blood.
As you have to go for mega hike recently, your doctor might give one course of antibiotic medicine for infection to get quick relief from infection.
