Hi there,

I will suggest you to rule out pregnancy as you are sexually active.
Please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will of help.
Please get blood prolactin levels done.
Raised prolactin hormone levels can cause discharge from the nipples.

Please seek prescription support from your treating gynecologist for controlling the vaginal bleeding and if needed for raised prolactin levels.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
