Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Erection During Intercourse

I need some information regarding maintaing an erection. I m 22. Ever since I started masturbating when I was a young teenager, I have always had a kink for athletic uniform/clothing (I m gay). I ve been a military dependent pretty much my whole life, and I ve been overseas. Now that I m back in America and can actually start dating, every time I ve tried to be with a guy in the sexual way, I can t get an erection. I m enjoying myself to the point where I should be growing down there, but I m not. I don t know if this is a physical problem or emotional insecurity, or if I just can t get off without my kink. Please tell me what to do.

it appears to me that your major problem here is with the erection.
If it was a physical problem you would ve never had an erection even while masturbating. it appears to be a problem of performance anxiety, that prevents you from sustaining erection. I suggest a small dose of benzodiazepines like conazepam and beta blockers like propranolol before intercourse will help you to deal with the anxiety and apprehension.
a consultation to psychiatrist is advisable here.
