Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Breast Feeding Due To Inverted Nipples

Hi Hope this msg finds you well! I really dont know where to start as i feel so depressed! Im a first time mom and unfortunately I have problem with breastfeeding my baby!I had an early delivery as I had an unplanned c-section week 35 and 2 days of my pregnancy! My baby was kept at the ICU and I was not able to breastfeed her due to the weakness i had and because of lack of milk! I started pumping very little amount and that was not enough and so we had to give formula milk! I now have milk in my breast but the baby is not able to feed from me because I have a big breast with inverted nipples and i guess now the baby is used to the bottle!My baby is now 1 month old and I wonder if I will ever be able to breast feed my baby!Please note that I have tried nipple shilelds and nipple correctors but nothing worked! I have problem latching her to my breast and feeding her! Please help me! Im really depressed and I would do anything to be able to breastfeed my baby!Thanks and Regards,

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Inverted nipples should be corrected in pregnancy, as it is very difficult to correct it and make baby latch on to it.
I would suggest you to express your breast milk and feed it to your baby using katori and spoon.
