Suggest Remedy For Diarrhoea

49 years old, no major health problems, slightly overweight, watery diarrhea 30 minutes after morning meal, have found round, pea-sized, yellowish sacs in feces for several weeks. When squeezed, thick white pus oozes out. What could these be? I ve found about five over the last month.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of diarrhea which could be due to disturbed metabolism of body. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like food intolerance, food allergy, bacterial or viral infection, and inflammatory bowel disease. Need not to worry. You should take oral rehydrating solution and take plenty of fluids. For now eat light and non spicy , eat fresh fruits and vegetables and eat fruits like banana. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like ornidazole , albendazole , omeprazole along with loperamide.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
