Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea And Fatigue While Being Diabetic During Pregnancy
Diarrhea followed by white stools. Been eating very little for 48 hours due to nausea (no vomiting). Feeling very weak and faint. Type 1 diabetic and 36 weeks pregnant. Blood sugars normal. No glucose in urine. Normal urinalysis dipstick results apart from ++++ ketones.

In light of the urine result with the large amount of ketones, it would be best to see your doctor as soon as possible for assessment.
The high levels of ketones means your body is not utilising its glucose, you are likely dehydrated from the diarrhea and decreased oral intake.
You may need Iv fluids for a short time.
