I am exceedingly dehydrated even though I continually drink water. I also suffer from constipation with hard black bowels that look like marbles. I am so very tired and even though I suffer from sleep apnea, I cannot sleep with a CPAP as I remove it during sleep and though I replace it, I will not leave it alone. I have tried every form of attachment including the nasal pillows and will not leave them on. I am now having memory problems plus, 15 years ago was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. I am on a rather good regimen for that, I have been told, but, with all that is going on....must say that I am not sure anymore. My lack of energy and my memory problems coupled with a problem staying awake during the daytime hours frighten me. Oh yes, I will be 73 tomorrow as my Bday is Aprii 20, 1942. I am sorry, I have wasted your time and mine as at this time I only have $5.18.
