Suggest Remedy For Degenerative Disc Disease

I m a 36 yr old male I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease about 7yrs ago. About 3 1/2 yrs ago It got to were when I stand or walked about 45 minutes to an hour I started having a very ignoring knotting and burning pain in my lower to mid back. It s worsened of the years. Over the last yr or so pain has become extremely painful and now it radiates from my lower back to my mid upper back, and sometimes it goes on to my neck and head. When it goes to my neck and head the pain there is like a lot of tension an pulling when does that it always causes a migraine headache. I haven t been able to work for over 3 yrs now. What do think it could be? And how serious do you think it is?

For proper information I need your imaging studies resukt like x-ray and MRI. Without it I can't comment. But as you have mentioned that you have been diagnosed with regenerative discs disease so i can guide you on that. This degeneration occurs due to aging process but in your age its alarming. There is ni absolute treatement for the disease you just can take pain killers like tablet aceclofenac 1×PO×BD with tablet tizanidine 2mg 1×PO×HS. Take calcium and vitamin D supplements if they are low in your body. If you dont know get them done. Drink lot of water and use good mattress.
