Suggest Remedy For Dark Spots On The Sides Of Nose

Hi Sir/madam I have a dark spot on the sides of my nose if I scrub my face or squeeze it white stuff come out but don t matter how hard I scrub it gets tender and the skin flakes off...what can I do and use to get rid of this as it s looks terrible as it s noticeable as am fair skin

Hi.
As per your case history you have open comedones.
My treatment advice is -
1. Never squeeze the lesion. It may worsen the condition.
2. Use a good cleansing lotion once at night. Don't use scrub as it may lead to inflammatory acne.
3. Apply anti-comedogenic cream like tretinoin 0.025% once at night on spots only.
4. Other treatment options include topical climdamycin, topical benzoyl peroxide,oral antibiotics and oral retinoids.
