The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is Acanthosis Nigricans.Asymptomatic hyperpigmented lesions on flexures suggests the possibility of Acanthosis Nigricans. Try to reduce your weight. Topical depigmenting agents like kojic acid and arbutin can be used along with oral alpha liipoic acid. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy.
