Suggest Remedy For Crohn's Disease

Hi, I keep on going to the toilet a lot about 5/6/7 times a day. After I have my meal, I must go to the toilet. In the mornings, when I wake up I have to go to the toilet about 4/5 times and until I empty all the food in the system, I don't feel comfortable. I am 60 yrs old and male and I did not have any problems before. Is it crohn's disease or something that has changed my metabolism? My diet has been the same for yonks years. I must empty my system.. Please advise

This is not Crohns disease which is causing these symptoms. Its irritable bowel syndrome.
Cut down on fried foods, take 30 minutes walk and also take Tab. Rifaximin 550mg thrice daily for 2 weeks. It is both therapeutic and diagnostic as well
