My child was suffering from high fever 103 f. Due to cold and cough.... Homeopathic med was given he is ok form fever but cough is still there and from last mid nite he did 2 to three vomitings and in morning started doing loose motionsss what should i do

The coughing causes vomiting in children due to lax sphincters and is seen in children with bad throat.
The loose motions can be due to the infected sputum swallowed causing enteritis type picture.
