got chest cold beginning Jan. shivers awful deep tickly cough. took 2 btls Benylin - 1 cough suppresant and now on Exputex to break up cough. conditon has improved and cough a lot less as a result. Now getting a bit of phlegm up too (clear and watery) --Especially in mornings after I wake up.Coughing has given me tired sorish back. Still feel a bit chilly at times at lower back area. and have a little white coating on back quarter of tongue .I can now breathe fairly deply without coughing most of the time. Oliver Ward
