Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you with thanks for a consult!

I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns according to the latest medical guidelines.

You are having issues of constipation and impacted feces. You need proper care:

Take Lactulose syrup at night.
In the morning use Glycerine suppositories and apply Procort cream inside the rectum.
Take plenty of water and citrucel dietary fiber supplement.
Keep a physical activity.
Get yourself checked for Anal fissure and Hemorrhoids. These painful situations enhance constipation due to patient being reluctant of defecation (because defecation is painful and blood in stools is common in them).
Sitz bath will help you. Use 3-4 times a day.
