Suggest Remedy For Constant Smell Of Ammonia In Nose In Pregnancy
I have a consistent smell of ammonia in my nose as of a few days ago. I havent used any cleaning supplies with noxious chemicals. I am 12 weeks pregnant and in good health with the exception of chronic kidney stones. My last stone was March of this year and my most recent scans came back clear. Any ideas?
This is most probably due to either dehydration as most women do not receive a sufficient amount of fluids during pregnancy, or due to the break down of fats for the production of energy leaving ammonia as a byproduct resulting in the smell. Make sure you are well hydrated and also report all developments to your doctor.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
