Suggest Remedy For Constant Nausea

My daugther-in-law cut her arm Saturday and had 10 stitches. She continues to have a lot of nausea even though it was 2 days ago. Her blood pressure is normal. She is light headed and feels like she is going to vomit. The suture sight is clean with no swelling or redness. She began to feel these symptoms as soon as she cut her arm. She was given a tetanus injection when she had the wound treated. Is there anything she should do? Thank you.

Hi, constant nausea can be because of stress, depression, giddiness or motion sickness considering this case here I am ruling out other most common infective, indigestive causes,
So she needs psychological assurance with anti emetics 3 or 4 times a day along with medication given by surgeon who had taken stitches.
No need to worry by the time she will be alright
