Suggest Remedy For Chronic Pain In Shoulders And Feet

I have chronic pain in my shoulders and feet. Some days are worse than others and some day it radiates from base of neck all they way to hands and also some days my knees are affected as well. On a bad day the pain causes me to feel like I m going to vomit. Me feet hurt most when I rest and have to stretch out after a period of inactivity

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chronic pain in shoulders and feet . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to rheumatoid arthritis . Rheumatoid arthritis is a chroni inflammatory disease that causes pain, stiffness, warmth, redness and swelling in joints. I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order blood tests to see elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate , rheumatoid factor and anti-cyclic citrullinate d peptide along with X-rays . Doctor may prescribe analgesic , corticosteroid medications, such as prednisone , methotrexate , abatacept along with physical therapy and some times joint replacement surgery . For now apply warm compresses , drink plenty of water and take ibuprofen or acetamiophen for pain .
