Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain

I am 26, 210 lbs and have history of anxiety. I have taken anxiety medicine but I am experiencing more frequent chest pain. It is as if there is a cloud around my heart. When I take a deep breath I feel like the air isn't getting into the left side of my chest. It give me a tight feeling in my chest. This has been going on for around 2 months now.

Hi I can understand your concern...

Noted you have chest pain....

You have history of anxiety .Let me know you excess stress can lead to panic attack and such symptoms can occur like chest pain and dyspnea by panic attack...

So here try to avoid stress..
Daily yoga and exercise is good remedy for it......
Try to avoid situation that lead you in stress.
Daily meet with friends and relatives to relieve stress.
Behavioural therapy also useful in relieving anxiety....
Get enough sleep....

Take care....

If still after relieving stress, pain present then your physical examination done to investigate further....
