Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain & Blurry Vision In Patients With Bicuspid Valve

Hi doctor! I have bicuspid aortic valve with dilated ascending aorta 46mm and 39mm on root.the size of the aorta has not change for four years,I have chest pain almost all the time sometimes with head aches and bluer vision.I am treating with concor 5mg and enalapril 20mg.I have done a lot of echo and my doc say all the valves are ok .No leaking and regurgitation.thank you for yr advise

Your complains of headache and vision may not be related to the valve problem.Chest pain can be due to your aortic problem.Continue taking your medication but you need to get your eyes checked to make sure you done have diabetes etc effecting your eyes.Similarly sometime a small clot to the arteries of the eye can cause blurriness.So a thorough eye exam is a must.
