Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello
I have studied your case.
There is possibility of disc bulge leading to spinal cord compression.
This leads to tingling numbness and pain.
as you are not getting relief with medications you can take local injection or epidural steroid shot.
MRI spine will help to see severity of disease.
For large disc bulge decompression may be good.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
